(1-31-21) A rare, perfect day in the Mountains

It is rare to stumble upon the perfect day in the mountains.  This day was one of them.  Clear skies, nice temperatures, close to no wind, and reasonable avalanche conditions.  Its days like these that I do not want to leave the mountains. Its days like these that just being in the alpine itself gives you that sense of euphoria the entire day, regardless of the snowboarding.  A rare window of invitation in an otherwise usually inhospitable environment.
